I’m Dyona and I created For Single Women Only for one purpose: to provide a space where single women, like you (and me), could learn to do two things simultaneously: pray for a spouse but also enjoy your singleness season to the fullest!

Lies we believe…

All too often, the world will have you believing that 1) God will not provide for you and 2) being a single woman is the worst thing ever! You may think that you’ll never find your person, or never be happy if you are not in a romantic relationship. What they neglect to tell you is that if you’re unhappy as a single woman, you will NEVER be happy in a relationship!

The Truth?

It is completely normal to pray for and even seek out relationships. But a relationship will not “fix your life” or “make you happy.” You have to take the time to do that for yourself now so that when God provides the right man for you that man is adding to the happiness you already have.
